The Arrowhead Country Club has three beautiful 9-hole courses that are open to the public; The Lakes, The Waterway and The Cypress. The Intracoastal Waterway runs through the courses, providing beautiful scenery and some very treacherous water hazards.
Arrowhead is Ray Floyd's only Signature Course in South Carolina. It successfully reflects his belief in designing courses that are playable by average golfers while also remaining a challenge to scratch golfers. The National Golf Course Owners Association voted Arrowhead South Carolina Course of the Year in 1998, confirming the triumph in design.
The most challenging of the three courses is The Cypress. Eight of the nine holes have water hazards with two holes that require you to hit over the Intracoastal Waterway twice before reaching the green. The landscaping on the course is absolutely breathtaking and the maintenance of the course is always stellar. All three courses are a real pleasure to play and the greens fees are very reasonable considering the amount of golf you get. Play it.
